Triathlon Tips: Becoming Ironman 'Viking of the North'

Lavinia finished the Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Erkner, Germany in 2024 after 6 months of training from being a novice. Still feeling like a novice she has now set her sights on becoming a full Ironman in 2025, but not just that, a 'Viking of the North'. Triathletes who complete a 70.3 and full distance Ironman in Sweden, Denmark or Finland in the same calendar year will receive a special medal and the title 'Viking of the North'!
